151 Anak Yatim Piatu Kelurahan Pulau Kelapa dan Kelurahan Pulau Harapan Menerima Santunan

Social Aid Distributed to Mustahiq on Kelapa and Harapan Islands

As many as 151 mustahiq (alms receivers) in Kelapa Island and Harapan Island urban villages, North Thousand Islands Sub-district, Thousand Islands, received social aid from PT Nusantara Regas, on Friday (4/23). It was conducted at the Miftahul Janah Foundation.

Kelapa Island Urban Village Acting Head, Muslim said he thanked PT Nusantara Regas, Karang Taruna, North Thousand Islands Sub-district and the foundation for initiating social aid activities to help orphans from the two urban villages.

"Thank you, hopefully it is useful and is able to lighten the burden on our children and share happiness," he expressed, Friday (4/23).

40 Orphans on Untung Jawa Island Receive Compensation

PT Nusantara's CSR Officer, Hendy Priatna uttered compensation was from the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program in order to strengthen ukhuwah islamiyah, namely Islamic brotherhood and share happiness with orphans.

"From 151 orphans, 105 are from Kelapa Island and 46 others are from Harapan Island," he closed.
